There are two ways to reach us. Call (223) 245-0005 when water is still moving, and use the form below when it is not. We answer the emergency line 24 hours a day and the office line Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Send us the details and we will call you back
The more you tell us, the better the first call goes. Say where in the house the water is, roughly how much there is, when it started and whether the source is stopped.
Sending opens your email program with the message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. For anything urgent, call.
Water still spreading? Do not wait for it to stop on its own.

| Where we work | Serving Mechanicsburg, PA and Nearby Areas |
We are a service-area business. We come to you, so there is no storefront to visit.
The towns we cover, and what to have ready when you call
We work in Mechanicsburg and the nearby towns of Shiremanstown, Camp Hill and Carlisle. Have this ready if you can:
- Your street address and the nearest cross street
- Where the water is and how deep it looks
- Whether the source is stopped, and where the shut-off is
- Whether the power is on in the wet area
- Your insurance company, if you know it
For prices, see our pricing page or the cost estimator. Services include emergency water extraction, basement flooding cleanup and frozen and burst pipe cleanup.
Contact questions
Should I use the form or call?
Call if water is still running, spreading or near electrical equipment. Use the form for estimates, scheduling and questions.
How fast will you reply to the form?
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we reply in that window. If it cannot wait, the emergency line is answered 24 hours.
Do you give prices over the phone?
We give rough ranges and quote after we see the job. Blind quotes are guesses, and water damage is hard to judge without readings.
What do you need from me before you come?
Your address, where the water is, whether the source is stopped and whether the power is on. Photos help if you can take them safely.
